Non woven Carding machine---Double cylinder double doffer carding machine
Double cylinder double doffer carding machine, it's fiber carding machine working for fiber web formation in nonwoven production. Differing from single cylinder double doffer carding machine, double cylinder carding machine is more capable and appropriate to process fine fineness and micro fiber, also it improves fiber web quality further.
Features and Advantages:
1. Double cylinder, double doffer, four random rollers.
2. Separated transmission achieving the flexible and accurate operation.
3. Up to date design creating high efficient carding areas.
4. Circulatory suction fans and enclosed case reducing noil and flocks.

1) Four feeding rollers structure, one implanted with metal detector
2) Main carding cylinder and chest cylinder are respectively driven by motor and inverter
3) Doffer, random roller, stripper roller and working roller rotation are variable controlled by inverter
4) Full set of safety cover and circular suction fan inside to remove flocks.
5)adopt weighting belt to control the feeding quantity.
